Awful service to Bride and guests

I had 30 rooms blocked here for my wedding. I received phone call after phone call that no room block existed when relatives tried to make reservations two weekends in a row. I made my own reservations with the group bookings manager in person well in advance of the wedding only to be told by rude staff on my wedding night as I stand at the desk in my wedding dress, that no reservation existed. He put us in a room at the same rate but we had reserved a suite which was not available. We were told sorry and too bad and received no discount.... but the story gets worse... my aunt and uncle had money stolen from their room with no follow up... another guest went to their room at 9:00 PM only to find it was never cleaned or made up from the previous guests and yet another of my guests sat in the dark in their bathroom unable to get a hold of staff to tell them to fix their broken light. And the kicker of the whole stay they charged my Uncle with a totally different last name for both his room and ours instead of charging our card, to be found on his credit card statement after the fact. Buyer beware... don't stay here!!!!!!!
