Bed bugs room 311

Horrible experience.. Our room was infested with bed bugs and this was not discovered until the morning we were leaving. The mattress cover slip had a huge tear which left us and our belongings exposed. We were not shown any sypmathy/empathy or offered any services to clean our things. Housekeeping was called to take a look and the man who came was not polite and in some many words indicated he didn't believe us. We will never visit this location again and possibly never another Holiday Express. We contacted Calhotels.com and reported the issue - they called and it was verified more bugs were confirmed. I am one UNHAPPY customer...

Refreshing after a long trip

Exhausted after a long trip, this hotel made us feel relaxed and safe. Not in the best location but once you are inside you feel perfectly safe. All the staff was extrememely curtious. Rooms were clean for the most part, just a few area that needed a little more attention but nothing major. Free breakfast was excellent with a wide variety to choose from. Probably wont be back in Cincinatti but if we do we would stay here again.
