Holiday Inn Exp Stes Reidsvill, Reidsville

The room was comfortable, clean and wireless internet gave no issues. Breakfast was standard HI Exrpress, but good. The Staff was helpful and friendly. This is the best hotel to stay at among local choices. ( 2 hotels closeby) This location was recommended by staff at our Reidsville division plant. If you have time, visit Grove Winery about 15 minutes away. Nice diversion. Area is a beautiful place to take a drive into the country.

I stayed here to go to my Mom's funeral and and they were very friendly and even supportive and way helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast always hit the spot.

I loved everything about this hotel. It is in a small town like Mayberry. You really dont expect to find a gem of a hotel in such a town. The entire staff were friendly and smart. (I guess it comes from being at the Holiday inn Express last night). LOL. I enjoyed my stay. Wired internet-great. Fitness room. Great. Cookies..yummy. Breakfast...pretty good( they said next year it will be even better with hot items and it is free). I will definately return.

This place was excellent! My business trip was a disaster but the hotel made my trip better. It was the cleanest place I have stayed at in this town. I loved the High-speed internet in my room and the free cookies at night. Staff was great and very helpful with directions to dinner and my meetings. Will definately book for return trip.

We booked this hotel for two nights. A suite was reserved which had a king and a pull out bed. The check-in process was pleasing and the night staff was friendly and seemed genuinely concerned. It was all downhill after check-in. Upon pulling out the bed the first night we found dirty sheets covered in crumbs and bird feathers. About 10:00pm that night we started killing spiders. We killed 4 spiders between 10 & 10:30pm. I called the front desk to make sure the room was sprayed the following day. I didn't ask to move hesitating that the same problem may exist in another room. I was hoping to have killed all the spiders by then anyway. My 7 year old daughter was terrified the rest of the night. After finally getting my daughter to sleep, I picked her up and put her back on the pull out bed, I picked the coffee table up to move to the side of her bed so she wouldn't roll off and the leg of the coffee table fell off. The next day no one came by to spray for spiders they were so engrossed in the coffee table being broken that they did not even ask about the spider problem. The next day, a few more spiders were killed and I was treated like a villian upon check out because of the complaints. At no time did anyone apologize for the problems at checkout. They were more concerned with the coffee table and making accusations. Needless to say, we will not be staying at this Holiday Inn Express, ever again!! Please be forewarned....

This was the most friendly and enchanting hotel I have ever stayed at. I enjoyed it and will be back. The swimming pool is so refreshing and I love the Highspeed internet acces in my room.
