You would think,month of July is high season,they will be prepare for it.It was dirty filthy,no hot water,bulbs were out in bedroom,when i called the front desk,took them forever to answer ,when they did,they say we are short on staff,no body can replace anything for you how rude,i stayed 2 night there nothing has been replaced nor fixed,never stay there again,if you want to be dis pointed you can stay there,cops were patroling the hotel parking lot and walking the hall ways when i asked,have been told they are looking or drug traffickers,apparently this hotel is known for drug traffickers staying there.WOW.TERRIBLE place.

sofa wasn't comfortable. the staff wasn't friendly.the room was dirty. the beds were bad. you could feel the springs.coffee pot and filter were bad. bathroom wasn't cleaned. the dirty pillowcases on the bed. there were bugs in the room too. the comforter had stuff on it. carpet hadn't been cleaned, there was stuff on the floor. i wouldn't stay here again.

In a word the wireless service here is atrocious. While the people are friendly and the rooms are clean, not having adequate wireless service is a big problem for business travellers like myself. In addition, I will agree with the previous poster who felt it's a little pricey for where and what it is.

Although this hotel is newer and has some nice features, we were disappointed with the quality of service. The hotel is a little hard to find, and we thought somewhat costly. It is a place that a family could enjoy with the pool and whirlpool. The staff said they had had some problems with the whirlpool, but they were working to correct that. It was somewhat cold and the jets would not stay on for long when we visited. The rooms are good size, seemed clean, seemed on par with the average modern hotel.
