Harrah's Joliet Casino Hotel, Joliet

ive stayed at plenty of hotels but every time i visit the harrahs i always enjoy myself the staff is very professional and the rooms are nice and clean the restaurants are to die for overall my husband and myself always get to relax here

the bellman was rude. the cable went out. the walls are paper thin. you could hear everything from the hall. the service was bad. i wouldn't stay here again.

Gambling is the worst I've ever encountered (and I get around). I've spent lots of time (too much) in this place and came out slightly ahead only once. This place has the tightest slots of all Midwest Casinos!! I've finally wised up though and don't go here very often anymore---I now mostly frequent casinos where I actually win! Accomodations and food are satisfactory, but nothing special. It's a shame the slots are so darn tight, because their customer service is fantastic...the best in the busines!!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is so friendly. I was in awe that so many people remembered my name through my entire stay! I beds are so comfortable, and I was told they are made exclusively for the hotel. The valet was also complimentary, which is usually where they get you! The casino was so fun. They had a band playing at the Stage 151 and I think they were called BBI. I had so much fun dancing with my fiancee. They also had a dj that gave away prizes. The casino was a bit smoky, but that can be expected from a casino. I also would have liked to have seen them clear out drinks quicker. There were glasses everywhere. All in all a great stay. Unfortunately there wasn't much else in the area but a couple bars. The train station that takes you downtown Chicago was only four blocks away though.
