Not a 3 star hotel

Room size was great but...
1. Prior occupant trash was left in room.
2. Carpet filthy.
3. Left at Theme Park (cold & wet) and had to call them for the "scheduled" pickup.
4. Service was all "lip service". They did not follow thru with requests they offered to fill.
5. Hot breakfast was mediocre. Better to buy breakfast separate.
Stick with a cheeper "no Frills" hotel. The extra money for this one was not worth it. I could have saved over $30 a night. Thought I would have better service, but that did not exist. Service was the worst feature about this hotel. This made it a one instead of a two star for me.
Will definitely not go back. There are plenty of other close hotels to try. I had originally picked this one based on customer reviews.
