i didnt go to the hotel im just making a joke but my friends say its the best

Even the price is less than the other hotels the service and the faciility still don't worth it!!! try other hotels such as Manila Hotel and Pan manila. Or if you insist to waste your money try here!!!

The staff is the worst! Very lazy! Only some are friendly! At breakfast no more service even it still should be running. You are lucky when you catch an elevator within five minutes! Thanks, no more!

Positives: Location, Weekly Rate, View, Variety of Breakfast (when filled up) Negatives: Staff is lazy and no good behaviour (cutting nails in the elevator, eating themselves instead of refilling the breakfast, cheating with the laundry list, ...), Water breakdown!!! (only the hotel, not Metro Manila, Jolibee next door got water, false information from management)

It's got an eerie atmosphere especially the ground floor. We were surprised when we arrived and found the ground floor to be empty and desolate, and seemed dingy. However, the bedroom, bathroom, linens and towels were fresh and clean.The reason we chose it is because it was advertised that it was near shopping mall, but the walk to the mall was crossing streets with no pedestrian lane. I share the same feeling as the client who criticized the hotel's strict policy on bringing food, because among the things I enjoy when I visit Metro Manila is eating fresh fruits bought from nearby supermarkets, and this was the first time for us not to be able to do this. The staff in general were courteous and attentive except for one who was at the reception, too bad I didn't bother to get her name. The breakfast area is not well-lighted, it does not greet the diners a good morning. I can recommend other hotels for the same price.

The place is very cozy & a convenient to go. This is my 2nd home besides from my real house , everytime i go for vacation i always see to it that i stay in this hotel. My 4th visit here.

how can people say bad words about this beautiful hotel as it is a mile in front of any other rooms I have stayed in manila.Entertainment at your doorstep .shopping is first class.

I definitely enjoyed my stay in this hotel. it was clean and the staff were on point. the breakfast buffet is amazing!!! despite how far the hotel's location is from great malls, it's definitely worth it. too bad i didn't have time to swim in their pool. it looked so tempting but being that it was my first time in manila, of course i spent more time touring than staying in the hotel. the rooms are standard so unless you expect luxury, let's just say you get what you paid for. it was definitely a nice stay.

i called them today but the informations were different from yesterday... and they are not patient... instead of giving detailed info to the client... they just wait... as far as i know if you are a staff and the costumer wants to know everything you will answer them completely and patiently... you should not say... "what the website says... as it is... no more questions no more buts..." I can say... mrmi naghahanap ng job ngaun if your not happy or intereted any more to your job just quit and try to find another ewan ko lng kung may makita p kau...

King size, comfortable bed, the best buffet breakfast, friendly, flexible staff, handy to central manila, all at a brilliant price, with late checkout to suit international flights. I would highly recommend this place. philippines is a great country, the people are straight from the heart and the Pearl is just the same.
