BED BUGS!! SERIOUS PROBLEM!! MANAGER WITH HER STANK ATTITUDE. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR ANYONE YOUR BETTER OFF PARKING IN THEIR LOT AND SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR!! FOR REAL

I know that everyone is worrying about this hotel from all the bad reviews. But, don't worry, it's a great hotel! Right when we got here, our rooms got cleaned. The service was great, and we got the directions to Hershey Park. The room is very clean, and good furniture. The AC makes the room very cool. There is an electronic safe. Also there is free Wi-Fi. The breakfast is great and delicious. I hope we come back!- TripAdvisor

BEST HOTEL EVER. We really enjoyed our stay there and we plan to go back next year again. Very friendly staff specially one girl who work at desk she is always there and always smiling. very clean rooms with all the facility. There is only one problem if u go after 8.00am for breakfast its too much busy. but other than every thing is great. Great pool and spa, fitness room, free computer room and lots of fun.

We had just come here from another Comfort Inn Suites in Lancaster which we thoroughly enjoyed. What an unpleasant surprise. We encountered odors in the hallways and elevators, which were not air-conditioned, which only added to that issue. The hotel is understaffed; we had to ask for hand towels and were told that the hotel had been full the previous night and they had gotten behind on laundry. Also, we were asked to come to the front desk to get the towels, as the desk clerk was there by herself. Many areas of this hotel are in need of updating. Some of the furniture and carpets were stained, and areas just were dirty. We won't be back to this Comfort Inn Suite.

No hot water, smell in hallways, staff is no good, pool needs updating, elevators are scary and the one on the right sometimes makes a stop on the second floor for no reason. Breakfast was bad, room was okay but could be a little cleaner, hall ways smell like body odor. Hair dryer did not work and light above sink flickered, advised the front desk and they gave me a replacement dryer to plug in to the wall. 3 days and no one came to fix either problem. Only thing I liked about this hotel was the nice waterfall in the lobby...

Last time we stayed at this hotel was two years ago. We went back because we had loved it the two times we had stayed previously. Not this time… this time it was the stay from hell. We were greeted with a horrible smell of body odor. All the halls, elevators and stair wells stunk. Thankfully the room did not smell. The kids and I got into our suits to go down and swim, but when we got to the pool it was green. Not only was it green, but with the underwater lights the water was literally yellow. The hot tub was one big layer of froth on top. You could smell the stuff before you even went through the doors. I can't imagine anyone swimming in that pool! When we arrived the manager did not give me any information or instructions, as a matter of fact he really didn't talk to me at all. He just dropped my room keys down on the counter and went back to whatever he was doing. Because of this I didn't have any instructions for the internet or amenities and had to keep coming down and asking. Finally he told me… "This is all on the sheet I gave you when you arrived." I informed him he never gave me anything, and he apologized and handed me the one sheet that had the information I needed. The information book in the room was out of date and the listings are all wrong (just another reason I got to walk downstairs). To add to our stay, the queen sofa pull out was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. My 10 year old son was supposed to sleep on it, but I heard him crying in bed at 11pm and asked what was wrong, and he told me he was being stuck in the back from the bed and couldn't sleep. I gave up my spot and took that horrid bed for two nights. Finally, our toilet clogged over and over… got to a point where my son and I would go to the lower level by the gym to go to the bathroom, my husband used the one by the breakfast and my daughter was putting her toilet paper in the trash can. I would rate this hotel 1 star: the breakfast was free and good, and the room really wasn't that bad if you don't have to sleep on the pull out bed or use the toilet!

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel. We were on our way to upstate New York for a funeral early morning the next day. That night we went down to the pool, it smelt so bad like body oder. That nights sleep was awful due to our room being right next to the highway. In the morning we woke around 3:30am to start getting ready for our long day. I went to put my 4 year old in the shower to find that there was absolutely NO hot water. Called the front desk and they told me "we had to come down to the the front desk to get a key to a different room." Therefore I had to redress my daughter, had to take her down to the front desk, get the new key, go back up to our room, move all our stuff to the new room. Very inconvenient. We made it home just in time for the funeral. The next day I called the manager to tell him how unhappy I was with our stay. After many attempts to get ahold of Mr. Murray he completely lied to me and said he would discount my stay, witch to this day has never been done and I would also be able to stay there again with an upgraded room at 50% off. I received a letter from Mr. Murray stating that he was sorry and I could stay there again at 25% off. Not impressed with this hotel at all for the $120.00 it cost for an awful stay!!!!! The hotel was convenient to the casino. The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast was excellent . The swimming pool was clean and warm. The fitness center was useful. The traffic noise on route 81 was loud and made it difficult to sleep. Next time I would ask for a room on the other side.
