we staaed here for 4 nights. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff-Danell, Lucky, Cany, Marsha, Rc, Bo, and Marsha. They all went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel offers free internet, hot breakfast, gym, free daily newpaper, iron and ironing board, in room coffee and fresh strong coffee 24/7 in the lobby. If you need anything during your stay, this wonderul staff will obtain it for you. The rooms were nice and beds comfortable. I would give our stay a 10 ourt of a 10! Thanks so much!

Use a cell phone when calling a taxi

I missed my flight. I asked the front desk for a wake up call and pre arranged taxi. They missed the wake up call and when my taxi arrived the front desk told them I wasn't a guest. By using a cell phone the taxi calls you instead of the front desk to confirm.

Convenient location between Sea World & Schlitterban, right off the hwy. Easy to spot on the map; very comfortable, although the rooms are somewhat small. The queen beds are also kind of small. Rm service was clean/great; good variety breakfast, nice staff. The clothes dryer was very convenient for us. You can walk to Bennigan's next door and Academy store. HEB is close but you'll need to drive. The room has a Nintendo game set but it's not free if you use it! Overall, it's a great hotel, I would stay there again. My son (6yrs.) asked if we could stay there forever. Houstonian mom.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is very convenient and not far from airport...close to everything from restaurants to attractions. They include a small breakfast for those on the run. Very comfortable place to stay.
