The front desk staff were not friendly. We were placed in a smoking room although a non-smoking room was reserved. The front desk made absolutely no attempt to remedy and responded that they had no other rooms….they were completely sold out. And the stay went down hill from there from there. There are several hotels in that area....select this one as a final option. Not even kinda worth the price. But I did get to bring the odor of KY cigarette smoke home on my PJs as a memento.

We will never be back!!!

First off we were suppose to have 2 rooms we had booked online, got their only had 1 room which was smoking!!! My nephew has cystic fibrosis and cannot be around smoke and had to do his breathing treatment in that room!! We were suppose to have a free room at comfort suites best western was suppose to pay for this room and the manager during the day was very rude and got our statement and they had actually billed us for 3 rooms!!So now we are fighting this! The room smelled worse than a bar that is how smoking it was! We will NEVER be back and advise NOONE to go either!!

Awesome Value

This is a wonderful hotel for the value! I couldn't believe the price. We had a wonderful stay with 2 other families. The front deck clerk named Vicky was terrific. I will stay again the next time we are in the area. Our breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the best I've had in a hotel breakfast. The pool was warm, clean and comfortable. The rooms were clean and the maid staff was friendly.

We loved the price, the breakfast, the cozy style of the lobby-guest-breakfast area, the wireless internet access, and the price! The room was clean and comfortable. The Hampton Inn next door was more expensive and the front desk associate was rude. We LOVED this hotel and will stay there the next time we visit family there!
 
 
 
 
 
Great Value off the Xpressway

This motel was very convenient to I-75 and the price was very reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend based on the combination of price and service received.
 
 
 
 
 
Counting the days until next year.

We stay at this same hotel every year. We have been going to Breyer Fest for 5 years now. We stayed at another hotel our first year it was not what we were lead to believe. The next year we used the computer again to make our reservations at this hotel it is every thing that we viewed in the pictures. It was very clean,has the most comfertable rooms and beds, friendly staff .It is only a 15 min. drive to the horse park. It is now the only hotel that my family uses when going to that part of Kentucky.

The Best Hotel in Town!!

The front desk people were very helpful. They even gave us directions to local attractions. The rooms are nice and very clean. The breakfast was excellent. They have a huge indoor pool and jacuzzi. We had an excellent stay!

Value?

I don't know about value. It was a little pricy for the room. The room seems cramped, but it is clean. There is a pool (advertise this, people look for this feature!). The kids loved it! The people at the counter aren't that pleasent, but once you give them you credit card, you don't talk to them anymore anyway!! The Hampton Inn, next door, is pretty nice, too!!
