Would not recommend C- experence.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/29/10
We booked best room in place for four nights. There was so much noise all day you could not enjoy being in room at all and at night the other guests sounded like they were in our room playing basketball . No sleep day or night . the toilet didn't work right and the remote only worked part time . they told us they had business computer but it didn't work either. The maid service helped them selves to our snacks and they had a traveling road show using one of the meeting rooms and the loby and dinning area were full of people all the time. We left and went elswhere and the manager called next day to discuss our leaving early . He told us he would make an adjustment in our charges of well over 500$ for three nights but that didn't work either no adjustment was made. If your looking for a relaxing vacation spot that is enjoyable this is not the place.

Would stay again
By Brenda, 7/20/10
The hotel was very clean. The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice sized and bed very comfortable. They serve a very good breakfast with plenty of seating. It was a great location for us. Not far from downtown, close to mall, plenty of restaurants, close to highway. Would be glad to stay again!

OOPS!
By Lyric, 6/13/10
I wrote a review right below about Comfort Suites not the Comfort Inn and Suites. I did not stay at the Comfort Inn. Sorry...Wrong hotel....Ignore my rating of the Comfort Inn. However, it is true about the Comfort Suites.

Highly recommend
By Lyric, 6/13/10
The hotel appeared to be new. It was very clean and fresh. The beds were sooooo soft and cozy with lots of pillows. My room was very nice, cool, quite, and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect for me because I don't eat very much in the morning. I have not one complaint. The service was great and the people were very professional. The hotel is not very far from downtown attractions, places to eat or the mall. Do not get this hotel confused with The Comfort Inn and Suites. I highly recommend that you stay here if you are a couple or single.

We'd go here again!
By cheyna, 6/7/09
Had a group of 4 adults and four children ages 7-10. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Some of the party arrived first and was able to reserve the room next to theirs a couple of nights later for us all to be together. The site was clean. The breakfast was filling and the staff was prompt in refilling empty vessels. The kids said when walking into the room "This is the best vacation ever!" The beds, even the fold out couch felt comfortable. Even better than my mattress at home. On the rainy day we hooked our Wii console up to the TV and let the kids play and then ran them to the indoor pool downstairs (the kids favorite place). The location was great! Just a couple of blocks from a Wal-mart and Wal-greens and many dining places. The kids are already asking when we can return!

Not bad, ok area...would probably stay again.
By crazies, 1/12/09
My family of 4 visited this hotel due to my husband's work travels in the HS area. Of course, they paid for it, not us. Our room was nice, simple and seemed to be clean. The heat worked very well! Our kids used the pool and it was clean and cool, but the room was very warm. They loved it! I especially liked how we didn't have to use our towels at the pool area. The bathrooms were clean, with plenty of towels. The breakfast area is roomy and they do have a selection. We love the waffle stations, and this one had 2! We didn't find any meat selection, and the eggs weren't real, but there was plenty to choose from and the fruit was good. So, overall, no one starved at breakfast time! (And, hey....it's "free"!) The Dixie Cafe is on premises, which is VERY good! There is also a Walgreen's, if you forget things. The one downfall....the noisy "kids" that rented a room next to us. Come about 9-10pm, they used the metal latch to hold the room open to enter without key and let the door slam each time they walked through, which was about every 2-3 minutes. This vibrated our whole room. I called the front desk a couple of times to report them, but we never heard anyone come to see about it, and we were ground floor right by the office! So, you know they heard it!! Eventually, they left for the evening and we were able to sleep...TV on, heat on....white noise! Positive side....I didn't notice I left my phone charger until I returned home, another 2 1/2 hrs away. I just called and a lady at the desk took my info, said it was there, and promised to mail it to me! I really hope that it does come! That is good customer service!!

Never again!!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/29/08
We took the kids for a weekend trip. After returning from a water park late in the evening ready to go to bed, It was obvious the sheets had not been changed on one of the beds. When I went to the front desk I was told someone would be up to change them. Within 5-10 minutes a woman who was also working the front desk was at our door. The first thing she said in a hateful voice "what bed" I pointed to the bed and told her I had found alot of hairs but the other bed looked fine. She then told me this was not her job. I let her know it was not my job either, but I did pay to stay there. She then proceeded to jerk the sheets off and throw them on my open suitcase with clean clothes. At this point I was in shock and pissed so I walked out into the hall to wait, leaving my husband and two kids in the room. When she walked out I let her know I did not appreciate her rude attitude and I was the customer, she then informed if I didn't have to stay there and I could go somewhere else. I ask her if she was kidding and she said no you don't have to stay here. The next morning I did receive a phone call from the manager, of course to apologize about the sheets and that he had credited our room $25.00. I did inform him of the rude employee and what she had said. I got nothing more than another apology. At this point the sheets or the credit is not the issue, it's the treatment from thier employee. I will never stay at this hotel again or subject my kids to this kind of behavior. If we would not have had the kids with us, we would have left right then, but I was not about to ruin the weekend for them.

would stay again
This hotel was clean and accommodating. Breakfast included waffles, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, biscuit/gravy, cups of fresh fruit, fruit yogurt, bagels, juice and coffee! In our double room, each beds had 4 pillows and a bed was very comfortable. Before we arrived at the hotel, lightening had struck and had caused some inconveniences which were beyond their control, but the staff worked fairly well together to try and rectify any problems. Personally, the inside pool was just the right temperature. The hotel is located in a prime location for shopping and eating. Walgreens is on the premises which is great if you forget anything. A major shopping mall is located nearby as well. I would be glad to stay again at this hotel.

Water logged or what??
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/9/08
We, party of 3, stayed on the ground floor. The toilet was stopped up and did not want to work. We had to wait for it to slowly drain. Also the tub was an issue. When you showered you had to stand ankle deep or deeper in water. It was slow to drain as well. After you took a bath, the next person had to wait about 10-15 minutes before the water was gone. Not a nice stay when you have to limit yourself on the bathroom, tub and toilet. I told them at the front desk about the problem and they said ok, we will call the plumber. No "I'm sorry" or nothing. Oh and if you need to use a computer during your stay, good luck. They let kids play games on it in the lobby. I waited for over an hour and finally gave up. It's not like they couldn't see me waiting and couldn't see the kids playing the games, being right in front of the front desk. Don't bother with this place, look elsewhere.
