Sleep Inn Conway, Conway

The housekeepers not only bring their kids while they're suppose to be cleaning rooms, the kids get on the computer and guests cannot get on. On the weekend-when theirs no supervision- they bring in their personal laundry and on Sunday their whole family (12people) to eat breakfast on site. Our room did not get cleaned on a Saturday night and yet there were only 8 rooms occupied. There was nothing we liked about the place and we've been staying there for three years. They need a management change

This hotel is the worsted I ever stayed in - they cancel my reservation and then gave me the worst room 112 that smelled like a sewer - stated it was the only room they had left - one of the employees stated to me that he does not rent that room to anyone - but we were at a family reunion so they upgraded us for the next night (not so clean as well) - then I noticed that they rented that room to another family - I spoke to one of the employees and she stated they only rent that room to certain types of people. DON'T STAY HERE

I stayed for business puposes and when I got up in the morning to take a shower I let the water run and no hot or even warm water. Sleep Inn is suppose to have a 100% quarantee on their rooms. The clerk's reply when I told him at checkout was that it takes a while for the water to warm up. I was not impressed with the professionalism of this clerk and then asked to put it on my credit card. I was not in the mood to argue with someone who obviously did not care that while getting ready for work I had no hot water. I stay alot of places for my work. Sleep Inn will not be the next one. One bad apple means they don't honor their commitments.
