SO MANY THANKS!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/16/10
I can promise this hotel we WILL come and spend our vacation at your location! I would like to thank KIM for her outstanding service! I called ahead for my husband who was out of town on business and she went above and beyond to help him out. She made sure he had everything he needed and even put him in a room by the exit so he could go out and smoke. I called him this morning and he said he had a great night rest here and the room was very clean and warm. The breakfast was very good too!! Kim thank you so very much!!! I know his company will use your location in the future and the word of mouth from us will go along way. MERRY CHRISTMAS!

We loved this hotel!
By Sheila, 9/10/09
It was our first visit to Branson and the staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful in planning our shows. Our room was spotless and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the continental breakfast which had a nice selection. We liked the location, very quiet nestled in the hilltop and only a short distance (5minutes) from downtown. When we go back to Branson, we will definately stay here!

Nice But Hot Tub no good
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/9/08
The Beds Were good, The Breakfast was good but not enough seating. I will never go to a comfort inn based on the Hot Tubs which are like 85 degrees and the front desk will not help you out on this. I go to hotels with hot tubs because i have a bad shoulder . I am really dissapointed when I stayed at the thousand hills location and also the gretna road location and both of the hot tubs were not hot. This is sad for the money you pay!

We will never stay anywhere else!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/28/07
This hotel is the best! The breakfast is good. The rooms are clean. The gift shop is sweet. The breakfast has biscuits and gravy, "make your own" waffles, cereal, fruit, donuts, muffins, eggs, coffee, hot coco, all kinds of juices, and others I cant remember! The room was very clean! Ours had a sink outside of the bathroom and also 2 inside of it. Very handy. We last visited over Christmas time and the lobby had a huge decorated tree in it and the fireplace was going with places to sit and enjoy it. Very cozy! Theres also a little cabin on the property I assume was for honneymoons or special getaways.

Very well managed facility
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/11/07
We have stayed there about 20 times over the past three years. It is the best in Branson. But it is getting a bit pricey. Oh yes, the elevator is a bit slow.

Bad experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/10/07
We stayed here in March, 2007 with reservations being made 3 months in advance, and a phone call made 1 week prior to check on reservations, and specifically asked Rhonda(who answered the phone)if the beds were pillowtop mattresses and any renovations. She assurred me there were pillowtop mattresses on the beds and no renovations being made. (Having a good night sleep on vacation is important to us.) We arrived on 3/19/07, stood at the front desk for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. That should have been a red flag. There was a clerk sitting at the computer on the phone, 2 people could be seen thru an office window straight ahead, and another in an office window to the side. It took them a very long time to greet us. We got to the room to find that I had beeen lied to about the mattresses, and in fact the mattress pads did not even fit the beds that were not even that comfortable, and was your average room and bed, much smaller than many Comfort Inn and Suites that we have been in. I called the front desk, the mgr.came up and apologised while he changed the bedspreads, and had we not travelled such a great distance, were very tired, and had reservations for an evening show, we would not have stayed here. I regretted not making reservations at the Hilton Promenade for $30.00 more a few weeks earlier (and now it was double the cost to stay there per nite). What really irritates all of us is being lied to on the phone, getting there and finding out the truth. Why lie when it is concerns vacations and you will find the truth eventually? It is very distressing to have staff of any hotel do this. Furthermore, the thermometer for the AC is set so when you leave the room, it shuts off. This leaves the room very warm(was 84 degrees when we were in Branson)when you return. Inform the front desk you want this turned off and you can have the room set how you want it. The air blows right on the person who is sleeeping on that side of the bed, which is within inches of it. We have stayed at hotels where they have plastic partitions so this does not happen. The continental breakfast isn't anything special, the same as other cont. breakfasts with the downside being the area is not big enough to accommadate the customers and the overflow are sent to the pool area. This is not a good idea as those people want to eat without getting wet and think the families who are in the pool shouldn't have fun in the pool area. The pool area was also dirty in areas 2 times out of the 4 while we were there. The game room had a few games that didn't work, and is not that big. Basically, we checked out a day early and will NOT stay at this hotel again. I can only hope the staff is more honest with future customers.

Very Nice Place to stay!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/2/07
We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. It was very nice and the staff was VERY VERY NICE!! The room was clean, the maid was very detailed at cleaning our room, the Cont. Breakfast was good, the indoor pool was heated and my son loved it, hot tub and sauna were awesome, there was a game room with a pool table. They also had a guest laundry room and fitness room. Just a block or two away was the Branson Meadows shopping center that had an outlet store with every kind of tool imaginable (my husband loved it!) We will be back to this hotel!!!

My kids didn't want to leave!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/27/06
Hello. We loved this hotel!! We got a Deluxe Room. It was clean and had lots of room for our 3 kids. The game room is a great idea for kids, but could use a little more games. The indoor pool is very nice along with the hot tub. This hotel is not on the main street, but is very close, seconds away. Our daughters loved going into the gift shop and we could get our ticket for shows at the gift shop which was great!
