Horrible horrible no good very bad, unhealthy hotel. Very uncomfortable hard beds with postage stamp pillows. Curtain did not even fully cover the first floor window. The sun was shinning in at 6am when I did not have to get up! People could look in on me in the room. Air conditioner coils filthy. Breakfast totally unhealthy and sparse. Dirty thieves charged me for the night when I checked out after they did nothing to clean the coils after asking and writing my request 3 times. Fitness room was extremely claustrophobic. Printer had no ink. No Business center. No pool, nothing

Pleasant staff, clean rooms. Limited continental breakfast, no pool, no business center for checking email. Holiday Inn was $10 more per night and had more services: restaurant, business center, pool, bar.

This place is ok. What I didnt know ahead of time was that the 3 day 2 night trip was broken up into two different rooms. The problem was instead of them letting me know they could not accomodate me the whole time, they had us switch rooms for the 2nd night stay. Totally crazy when traveling with 7 people. AND the second room was a smoking room, so there was that faint smoky smell in the room. So make sure you confirm your stay will be in the same room if you are staying several days. Other than that, it was decent. The mini-fridge in the room was helpful with juice boxes and quick snacks. The rooms were clean and well equipped. Housekeeping was good. There were washer and dryers on site for your use. A game room for the kids and a small lounge area in the lobby where you could get very lite snacks and watch tv. This also doubled as the continental breakfast area. On the strip where this hotel is located are several restaurants that anyone would be comfortable.

We and another couple stayed two nights in separate rooms last fall; our rooms were clean, area was quiet,pleasant service. However, walk space in front of beds was very, very cramped and narrow which made moving around in the room uncomfortable. One of the first comments from our friends was - "this room is too cramped." We thought the same thing!

This is a very clean hotel. Good location. Service was so so but i guarantee you will be satisfied with the rooms. We got a suite and it was great. It was close to Sesame Place ...that was the purpose of this trip...good value hotel..why splurge your money on other hotels?
