Great Place to Stay

Located amid restaurants and shopping, with fields adjoining the property for walking our dog. 10 minutes from downtown and historic Huntsville. Staff was pleasant and very helpful, room was clean, efficient and well airconditioned (it was hot when we were there) and the bed was great! We would definitely stay here again.

How can a Residence Inn be this bad?

This was the hands down worst Residence Inn we've ever stayed at. I travel 4 nights a week often staying in a variety of hotels around the US and the world. I can't believe this is a MArriott! I had a dirty room, poor, poor, rude rude rude service, and had to move because of both a terrible smell in one room, fecal matter on the toilet rim and need I go on? I moved to the Raddison on S. Mem. Parkway and checked into one of their extened stay rooms with a full kitchen and a bigger room for the same price. It was a night and day difference. I'll never go back to that Residence Inn again and I'm a hard core traveler who over looks A LOT on a routine basis.
