sad but true

My husband and I stayed here 4 years ago for our honeymoon night. It was bliss, and since then, we have returned for a stay on our anniversary, as well as refering many many people to the hotel. what a sad thing. Given a misunderstanding with the hotel reservist, I was called early monday morning, yelled at, and then hung up on for "not showing for my reservation". Whether or not, I did or did not show, is completely not the point, I was outraged at the professionalism of the woman who called me. She was completely rude, and when I tried to explain what MY understanding of the situation was of the room, I was hung up on. On top of that. One week ago, Afriend of mine had there 10 year anniversary, and I refered them to the room. They called and made reservations, and when they showed up, not only were they not in the computer, BUT...they were given a smaller, less eligant room and charged the SAME PRICE, which was the price for the most expenisive room. I was completely dissapointed, and will NEVER be sending any of our many friends there again. Service today, is SAD BUT TRUE.
