Awful Experience
This was one of the worst experiences that I have encountered with a hotel to date. Originally, the hotel management/owners lost our reservation and turned us away, which is a bit off-putting as we had reservations for six rooms. After we returned with our reservation number, they found our rooms and checked us in. We paid $89 a night, per room , so we grossly overpaid for a Best Western. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were aweful. The walls were so thin that I heard the people in the room next to mine talking until 2AM and the people walking in the room above mine until 3AM. I could even hear an alarm that was going off all night that was located at the front desk. The room was stocked with two towels, but apparantly they ran out of towels, because on one day they left us none and never sent any up when I asked for more repeatedly.
The basics were not covered: when all you really need is a room to sleep and you don't even get that, then the hotel is failing at its basic purpose.
