Comfort Inn Bessemer, Bessemer

WOrst comfort inn ever stayed. DO NOT stay here. Completely bad experience. When I asked for a manager, whose name is KEN, Well Ken was to good to come talk to me. He wouldn't even take the effort to even make me a just a little happy on my completely ridiculous stay. This hotel is not worth the money they charge. I've already contacted my credit card company and the corporate office. Dont STAY HERE, KEN WONT CARE IF YOUR NOT HAPPY!

I will never stay here AGAIN! Me and my son where in Bessemer and they hotel had a family reunion. 1st thing was when I got back to the room at 12:30am the door was open! 2nd thing the smoke detector was beeping every minute....finally someone came....after that the people was running up and down the halls ALL NIGHT LONG! No control of the guests what so ever. I would had rather stayed in my car...PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE...I reported how my stay was and the manager didn't even want to speak to me over the phone...the floors were nasty....black bugs were in the bathroom and the bathtub was NASTY! This place needs to be shut down...horrible managers!!!!!!!!!!! $99 FOR A NIGHTMARE PLEASE STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

ON MY HONEYMOON,MY HUSBAND AND I CHOOSE TO STAY IN A NICE SUITE.AND YES,THE COMFORT IN JACUZZI SUITE. THE JACUZZI WASN'T WORKING AND THAT REALLY WAS THE REASON WE VISITED!!! THIS RUINED OUR HONEYMOON AND I CAN'T GET IT BACK!!!

They have just remodeled this hotel and it's been tastefully done. The rooms are large and clean, the staff is friendly. My only complaint is that the beds should be replaced with newer firmer mattresses.
