Extended Stay America Reno-South Meadows, Reno

The night I got my room here before I even fell asleep I went and had to wipe down the counters and bathroom with bleach there was a horrible smell when i first entered the room i opened the fridge to find curly hairs all threw it the bathroom had curly hairs all threw it and not from your head hairs.. I was disgusted with the way they kept there rooms , since you only get once a week service i had to make up my own bed to find porno magazines under neath it all stuck together. I walked up to the front desk to ask for towels and got told I was too demanding by the manager Pamala. Me and my husband complained to the front desk because we had noisy neighbors they delt with the problem by telling us to move rooms , i told them i couldnt because I was on bedrest from having a miscarriage the day before , we was still "made" to move the asistant manager Denny stood screaming to me and my husband telling us to move or we would not have a room to come back to , we should them my hospital papers saying i was on bedrest but that did not matter to him. Please note that me and my husband did not do anything but make there room cleaner, im not the cleanist person in the world but there rooms were fulthy the only reason that we stayed here for as long as we did and delt with the abuse from the front desk was because they were the cheapist in town but i guess you get what you pay for are ending recipt said we had payed 5,880 dollars since the day of moving in and i wish i had all my money back i was out for such a dump i will never be staying at another extended stay or ever returning because a motel 6 looks like the Four Seasons compared to the extended stay in reno.
