Cockroach aside, not a bad hotel.

Room 302 was roomy and comfortable, adequate for a couple of nights' accommodation as we attended the Muse concert at the Arena (5 minute walk, easy). Don't expect anything else to do in the area without driving, theres a sports pub/restaurant on the corner but thats all.
There was a little light pollution from hall lights and the parking lot during the night (the curtains could be a bit longer to overcome the latter!), and the pillows were very small and ridiculously soft. The breakfast buffet provided a good array of sweet, savory, hot or cold options, but over usage of disposable plates, cups and cutlery was a shame. Overall the cleanliness was excellent, until on the last mornng we were joined by a huge cockroach in the bathroom, which was pretty unpleasant. All the apathetic reception staff could muster on the subject was an uninterested stance and underwhelmingly insincere apology, which somewhat lowered our opinion of the hotel.
