Worst Stay In a hotel Ever

When we got to the hotel to check in, the front desk clerk was on her cell phone, unable to put it down to at least greet us and ask us if we needed to be helped! It took her anywhere from 3-5minutes to ask us if she could help us. After getting ready to go out I called the front desk to ask this clerk if she could call us a cab, she told me she was too busy to do it, but she could give me some phone numbers. At least she did that for me! I am a front office manager for Mariott and I would never tell a guest flat out that I would not do something for them, even if I was busy! My fiance and I went down in the lobby to wait for our cab and the women was not doing anything. Is this why she could not call us a cab? We got back to the Hotel around 4am and the Night Auditor did not even look up when we walked by. How secure do you think we felt then knowing that she wasn't even monitoring who was walking in and out of the hotel? When I woke up the next morning to take a shower, there was not hot water!! I could not believe it! Its cold outside, I wanted a hot shower!! So would I stay there again, never! Would I recommend it, No! Like I said I work for a hotel so I understand things can go wrong, but never this wrong all in one stay.
