Not worth the $169 a night I was charged

Hotel was clean and comfortable. I didn't like the 15 min it took to check in and didn't like the fuzzy OLD Zenith tube tv's with a remote that didn't function. I never got the replacement Iremote was promised and it takes a really long time for anyone to answer at the front desk. Won't stay here again.

Treat yourself to comfort!

I flew in from NYC (JFK) to get a cruise. I first thought the price was a little bit high. But after I got to my room and my head hit the pillow, I knew my family made the right choice. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, my 1 bedroom was extemely CLEAN!! and the staff was friendly. I will always use this hotel when I visit the area. When you stay here you stay in style. Also, try PA Grill & BBQ down the road for the best BBQ I have ever tasted in my life. I licked my fingers like I was a baby attached to a bottle.

THis should be a 4 Star Hotel!

This is the nicest Inn I have stayed in in a long time-friendly staff, extremely clean, and seems new. I have stayed here twice as my son goes to schol nearby and I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

Best hotel in West Palm

We enjoyed every moment of our stay in this establishment from the personal greeting upon our arrival from the manager Ms. MacKenzie to the special attention for our every need from her staff.By far the best Hampton Inn we have encountered on our travels.My business partners and I look forward to a return visit!

Fantasic Hotel

While the price may seem a little high you will be hard pressed to find a nicer hotel for your money in West Palm Beach. Close enough to many destinations but just far enough away to keep you away from the busy roadways its a perfect destination for anyone planning on an extended stay in the West Palm area.

this was the best Hampton Inn in the country! - the manager (Richard Heim) was fantastic and Melinda (at the desk) was superb!
