Rodeway Inn Logan International Airport, Revere

I would recommend this as a good reasonable place to stay. My wife and I met my brother here for a single over night stay. The hotel and staff were very pleasant. The hotel is within short walking distance of several family type retaurants and within a reasonable walk to Revere Beach. My brother made use of the complimentary shuttle to Logan airport and we all used the shuttle to the Wonderland stop on the MBTA to make an easy trip into Boston for dinner. We used our AARP discount so the price was very good.

We had booked this hotel for a stay in September. Drove up and cancelled the reservation. Dirty, trash piled in hallways, no other cars in the parking lot. Don't even bother to make a reservation here.

When we drove up to the hotel, I was ready to cry because it looked so scary on the outside. It looked like something from the inner-city. The windows and window wells were rusty and the building looked dirty. We tried it anyway, and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean as was the bathroom. Our room was in the lower level of the hotel. It was kind of noisy. Our room must have been under the front door. The neighborhood around the hotel looked kind of scary too but the hotel was close by many fast-food restaurants. The hotel was also very close to the airport--less than five minutes away. The front desk staff were nice and gave us good directions to the airport. I'm not sure I would stay there again. It was OK, but nothing great. If you can get past the exterior, it might be OK for a very short stay.

This was our first visit to Boston, hence we decided to choose this hotel because of its proximity to downtown Boston. However our experience wasn't a good one. We coundn't find our way easily and when we did call the hotel for directions, the staff were unfriendly and hung up the call whilst in middle of the conversation saying he had a another customer to take care. The hotel is on a busy street , rooms are small but tidy. We were given a room on third floor when we checked in. Finally when we returned to hotel that same night we weren't able to get into the room. Also none of the staff members were available at the front desk .After a long wait and when we did manage to find the hotel staff, he informed us that we were alloted a different room when we had booked the hotel. He however had checked us in different room by mistake. Neither did he apologize for what was done nor had he rung us on our mobile before he removed all our luggage from the room. We weren't happy about the situation, but decide to let go as we planned to stayed only that night. So I strongly discourage anyone from booking this hotel.

For a U2 fan is a good price,i`m from Honduras in came for a U2 show in BOSTON and i stay two days, being close to the airport and the T station the free shuttles save you money. the donw point is the food you have to walk 15 min to a seven-eleven.

Our stay at Rodeway Inn was very good. It was just a quick overnight because we were going to the airport in the morning. Our room was very clean and the service was good. The only improvement I can think of would be a continental breakfast.
