Charming Inn in Lush Tropical Setting

This quaint property is making a wonderful comeback! It is still a work in progress, but the immediate results are gorgeous. When it is all complete, it will be even more fabulous. The new owners have hired an absolutely wonderful team, who are more like family than the run-of-mill front office staff. Their personal attention to our needs and genuine likeability was a welcome change from the attitude at most of the hotels on Marco.
The rooms are decorated in a neutral island theme. The beds are wonderful double-pillowtops with superior linens. The bath linens are a step above as well. The screened balcony overlooking the lake was a peaceful, breezy place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon book. It was wonderful to open the sliding door and front windows and let the lake breeze blow through the the rooms.
The inn is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Collier Blvd. It may take a time or two to figure out the best route when the traffic is heavier in high season. There is plenty of parking, but when the restaurant gets busy, it is a bit harder to find a spot. The restaurant, Sushi Blues and Steak, is fabulous! This is definitely a new hot spot in Marco. Put this hotel on your short list when looking for a place to stay on Marco!
