Marriotts Willow Ridge Lodge, Branson

No coffee in room. Every hotel I have ever stayed at before had a packet of coffee.

My husband and I went to branson in 06-06 and toured the facility. It is beautiful. We had a wonderful tour experience and purchased the package. We were so excited I tried to book a Bring-a-Friend Weekend to brag on my new investment. All I had was problems trying to get a confirmation on my return trip. I gave up and booked a room at a motel. All I can say is buyer beware and wish I could undo my purchase. Buyer Beware.

Horizons is a nice enough place and it's location is great. Many shows and activities are close by. The only problem we had was that the construction of the place was such that any noise from either your up stairs or next door neighbors was magnified because the walls and cielings are poorly insulated. We had a family with several children staying above us and their running and stomping kept us up until late at night. The noise in this place is constant unless you have the good fortune of staying on the fourth floor AWAY from the pool. The front desk was of no help in resloving this matter and so our stay was rather restless. If you are looking for some R&R I would stay else where. Because I found the staff of little use and the noise overwhelming, I will never go back to this location.

I was very happy with staying here. Check in was four but they said we could come early and maybe they would have something...we got there at three and the staff was very nice and helpful....they tried hard to find a room that was ready..there was nothing open yet so I received an upgrade to a king villa for only three dollars...it was beautiful,very clean and updated looks like a new building with alot of great extras...such as gas grills,firepit, pools alot to do with kids.....but a great place for a romantic getaway as well...I will always stay here when I come back to branson....the staff is so nice and I even did a late check out for no extra fee.....the beds are so comfortable linens smell fresh and clean...very nice! I highly recommend...worth the money

we are planning to return this summer with the grandkids. loved the kitchen and the comfortable bed and bedroom also the pools and the fitness center very easy access to fun experiences but feel secluded

We are owners at Horizons in Branson. We have a great time every time we go. We spent Christmas 2006 there, and plan to make it a tradition. Everything you need to cook big meals. Staff is very helpful and it is great for kids. Wireless and wired internet in condos. Spacious, love the master suite. Plenty of tv, dvd players, etc. The pool and other amenities of the resort are excellent. I wish they had an indoor pool, but that is all I can think they are missing. Quiet, peaceful, spacious, just a wonderful place to relax and have a great family time!

Flat screen in every room , washer and dryer, full kitchen plenty of towels. Indoor pool for the kids and game room with ping pong table and more. Would we could come back? You bet.

I happened by chance to book this lodge 8 years ago for my husband, myself and my family of four children. They loved it then and they love it now. We've had several years when we couldn't get a reservation and we had to stay across the street. Those years convinced us that the Marriott was the best place to stay in Branson. We have no complaints other than we couldn't get there twice. It's worth booking your vacation in July for the next July to get in! The pools, outdoors and indoors, the movies and other planned activities are awesome. If you decide to hang around the house, cool beans. There is a grocery store up the street and you have a full kitchen at your disposal. It is tops in my book!

Very clean, very comfortable, every-thing you need at your finger tips on the property. Staff is very helpful and curteous. Great for children as well, the have a wonderful pool, movie nights, and scheduled events for kids and teens.

We were on the 4th floor of a 5th floor building. (Bldg 1)We could hear the guests on the 5th floor ever time they walked across the floor. It was so loud that it made it difficult to sleep. You could hear ever creak from the floor. The worst noise experience I have ever had at any hotel.
