Marriotts Willow Ridge Lodge, Branson

This is by far the best place we have stayed at in Branson. The room was outstanding ! But what really stood out to us was the outstanding customer service that all the employees had.

I was very happy with staying here. Check in was four but they said we could come early and maybe they would have something...we got there at three and the staff was very nice and helpful....they tried hard to find a room that was ready..there was nothing open yet so I received an upgrade to a king villa for only three dollars...it was beautiful,very clean and updated looks like a new building with alot of great extras...such as gas grills,firepit, pools alot to do with kids.....but a great place for a romantic getaway as well...I will always stay here when I come back to branson....the staff is so nice and I even did a late check out for no extra fee.....the beds are so comfortable linens smell fresh and clean...very nice! I highly recommend...worth the money

I happened by chance to book this lodge 8 years ago for my husband, myself and my family of four children. They loved it then and they love it now. We've had several years when we couldn't get a reservation and we had to stay across the street. Those years convinced us that the Marriott was the best place to stay in Branson. We have no complaints other than we couldn't get there twice. It's worth booking your vacation in July for the next July to get in! The pools, outdoors and indoors, the movies and other planned activities are awesome. If you decide to hang around the house, cool beans. There is a grocery store up the street and you have a full kitchen at your disposal. It is tops in my book!

WE WER GOING TO BE IN BRANSON FOR JUST 2 NIGHTS - WE RENTED TWO OF THE VILLA'S FOR 8 OF US. THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL VERY HELPFUL AND VERY NICE. THE HOTEL CLEANING STAFF WAS WONDERFUL AND WE WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE THIS HOTEL WAS NOT FAR THE SHOWS AND JUST OFF THE MAIN HWY 76 SO WE COULD TAKE SOME BACK ROADS TO AVOID THE TRAFFIC IN GETTING TO MOST OF OUR SHOWS. NICE PLACE - BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED FOR X-MAS.

we are planning to return this summer with the grandkids. loved the kitchen and the comfortable bed and bedroom also the pools and the fitness center very easy access to fun experiences but feel secluded

I love this place! This review is for the Two Bedroom, Two Bath (NON LOCK OFF) Villa. We come every other year with my grandparents who are owners. They bought in when it was first coming together, so we have been here since the resorts birth! The staff is amazing, friendly, and helpful. They go out of their way to make your stay excellent. The only thing we have ever had issue with, and it isn't a huge problem, is being able to hear children jumping on the floor upstairs. We only had that happen one time. If you don't want people above you request the fifth floor. But remember it is a family resort! Speaking of children, the resort offers many things for children (teens, and even adults) to do through their activity group, for little too no cost. The activity list is every expanding too. Every time we come the list has grown! They are in the process of remodeling, so they are phasing out old TV's and putting in new flat panels! LG's are very very very nice! Landscaping is fabulous too, very eye appealing. The most eye appealing attraction is the pool! A beautiful pool with lots going on, including a waterfall that goes into the pool! Children have a wading spot in the large pool and their own separate, shallow, pool. Outside has two hot tubs. Inside the club house is another "regular" size pool and another hot tub. This resort is expanding as the population raises too. Hmmm what else is there? … the game room, large TV in the Club House, On Site Movie Rentals, Ping Pong Table, Pool Table, and Arcade games. There is also a small child size play ground. Outside attractions are shuffle board, basketball courts, tetherball, and horseshoes. For the walkers or runners, alike, there are beautiful winding paths which go around the villas. On the east end of each of the villas are two BBQ grills complete with propane, lighter to start grills. The resort also has charcoal grills, though Charcoal is not included. The kitchens are well stocked with needed cooking supplies. Beds are comfortable and the bedding is elegant. Rooms are roomy and relaxing. The overall feel of the resort is relaxation! Flat screen in every room , washer and dryer, full kitchen plenty of towels. Indoor pool for the kids and game room with ping pong table and more. Would we could come back? You bet.

We were on the 4th floor of a 5th floor building. (Bldg 1)We could hear the guests on the 5th floor ever time they walked across the floor. It was so loud that it made it difficult to sleep. You could hear ever creak from the floor. The worst noise experience I have ever had at any hotel.

We also stumbled across this resort at the last minute. Boy were we surprised. Our stay in the small villa included a kitchen, bedroom with king bed, living room with pullout sofa, and a very spacious bathroom. it was decorated extremely nice. The pool area was perfect for the kids and beautiful to look at. Two of the pools had zero entry, where the toddlers can walk right into the pool which was great for our 2 year olds. probably the best rooms we have ever stayed at anywhere! And for a triple A rate of $116 a night it cannot be beat.

This is the best place we have ever stayed at in Branson. Our room was the small villa which had the queen size bed and sleeper sofa. The room also had a small fridge and microwave which was nice. The bathroom was one of the biggest I have ever seen and it was very nice. The room was clean and the service was great. The resort had both indoor and outdoor pool areas with several hotubs. All the pools were very nice and the indoor pool even had some toys available for the kids. The resort offered many activities some of which had small charges but many were free. Overall this resort was just super! The staff were great and we had a great time there! I know we are going back next year for a longer stay. Try this out for the price it's the best!!!
