Excellent if you want to be dissapointed

I have to start with the day we check into the hotel, we had a family with two adults and four children. We decided to take the room with two double beds and a fold out sofa. The sofa bed was like sleeping on a eggshell. Second day into our stay we decided to go down to the indoor pool to relax and allow the kids to swim, our children were only allowed to swim for about 10 min because there was around 20 people in a pool allowed for five. We went to bed that night and were woke up to a false fire alarm at 2am in the morning, everyone in the hall about to evacuate. About an hour after the false fire alarm, our neighbors in the next room were so loud, we called down to the front desk to ask them to tell our neighbors in the next room to keep it down. About another hour later with no sleep, our neighbors still were being so loud and now our four children wide awake, we called back down there again to the front desk and told them that if they did not get them to stop we were leaving. Finally about a hour later (now 4am) we could go to sleep. The day we were leaving the floor outside of the pool area was wet, with no sign displayed and my daughter slipped and fell, hurting her knee. I feel that this was the worst stay at a hotel ever. Our family will be sure to bypass this hotel on our way back from vacation.
