Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton, Montreal-Dorval Quebec, Dorval

We thought the place was wonderful when we arrived. Delightfully comfortable beds, big fluffy pillows, etc. But then we discovered bed bugs in our bed. Yes, bed bugs (confirmed on the internet). We were in room 424, and it was the bed closest to the window. This was June 2007. I showed a pillow with bed bug to the front desk clerk and his only reaction was to ask if I would like a new room - no apology, or even surprise/shock/disgust/etc to being informed of bugs in the room. Upon checkout in the morning the clerk (different one) did not apologize either. Nor did he even ask me how my stay was. I had to tell him I was very disappointed in the hotel, etc, and won't recommend it to anyone and he didn't seem concerned to hear that - in fact, he flipped through some log book the entire time, nearly ignoring me. Head office is getting a letter from me about bed bugs and LACK of customer service!
