Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel, Nagoya-Shi

Everything is Perfect. The Luxury is unmatched . The Food is Excellent. the Staff is Very Professional .

When you walk in the 15th floor lobby someone litteraly rushes up to you to take your bags. When you stay on the concierge floor you check in on the 36th floor where you get free breakfast every day and snaks/drinks all day. The gym staff is amazing and you get free access to the entire club when on the concierge floor. It is very worth the price for the service and ammenities you get and it is in a great location.

The hotel is very nice and the work staff is very friendly & helpful. Location is close to many things to do. My only dislike is they do not give you Marriott Reward points. I know some people who stayed at the Hilton and they would not do it again. They would go to Marriott. Overeall a good place and I would stay again if I went back. This hotel was one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. When we walked into our room, we couldnt believe the space for a japanese room, however we did have a slightly more deluxe room than normal, but no suite either. The bathroom was amazing with a separate shower and fullsize bath. Cleanliness is high on their priority list along with very friendly and helpful staff. The facilities at the hotel were very good, and we even made a visit to the gym, swimming pool and jacuzzi which was very nice, but was quite pricey, best for those wishing to make good use of it. The only downside to this hotel really was the price for food there. They really do have you at an advantage as there are not that many restaurants to go to nearby so you have to go to one of their in house ones and the prices for the quantity of food was a little steep. The hotel is situated right above the train station so was very easy to find and I would definalely recommend it to people wishing to stay in Nagoya.

The excellent service provided by the restaurant's (Pergola, Zenith and Ka-un) staff. Very polite and all out to make you feel like a King and Queen. Pretty waitresses and Handsome waiters to serve you. The reception staff that served us when we checked out,not very friendly. The conciege and assistant manager, very helpful and patient. The hotel's location is great. 15th floor is the hotel lobby and 1st floor is the train and bus station. Great for shopping as well. The room has everything, from toothbrush to comb etc. I don't like the hairdryer, too slow. Takes long time to dry long hair. Bring your own if you need to speed up.

Super hotel. Stay here if you are travelling to Nagoya for any purpose. Most other hotels have Japanese size rooms, which are very hard to enjoy for Western people. I stayed here for 2 weeks. The hotel service people are very well trained, they will help you with your problems right away. Room service is very prompt, call them and they will bring anything you like from a food menu with a big variety for every taste. The location is excellent, also the hotel is a landmark in the city. It even has a helipad on the roof for thrill seekers. The main train station goes underneath the hotel so you never get lost. A big mall and two floors of restaurants really help you to find whatever you want. You can stay in the same building as long as you want. It has DSL Internet connection, speeds up to 1.5 mbits/sec.
