Comfort Suites Rapid River Lodge, Baxter

This hotel is such a fun place to stay at, especially if you have kids. They have an amazing complimentary waterpark inside, only $10 for those not staying at the hotel. They have two waterslides, a lazy river and regular pool section for adults/older kids and a separate (amazing!)splash area for younger kids. Lifeguards on duty whenever the pool is open. They also have a hot tub that is half inside/half outside. (Very fun to sit outside in the hot tub when its snowing outside!)Has a sauna as well. The hotel/waterpark is well maintained, no problems with screaming kids running around in halls. The Complimentary breakfast is wonderful, a great way to start your day. The hotel has a cozy cabin feel to it with wood floors and beautiful fireplace in the lobby and spacious well-decorated rooms. The hotel is in a great location, with an Arby's/Sabarros restaurant just on the other side of the parking lot, ten minutes tops from any of the attractions the Brainerd/Baxter area has to offer (including the lakes!)
