Stay away until they have their act together

This property just changed to a Hyatt, and the place is run by a bunch of trainees. The management and service personnel are all brand new and have no clue yet how to run this property. Any call to the front desk was greeted with enthusiasm, but none of them produced the desired result, if any. Calls to the valet 15 minuted before we needed the car repeatedly got lost, a request to bring coffee cups to the room resulted in water glasses being delivered. For the price we paid I would expect something closer to perfection.
Also beware that there is no restaurant on site, and the advertised ski-in/ski-out is spotty at best due to a dispute between the hotel and the Canyons resort according to the people working there.
