Fairfield Inn Suites Louisville North, Jeffersonville

I loved this place from the moment I stepped in the door! I was greeted by a sweet lady and she told me all about the area, what to do and where to eat. She offered me cookies and told me how to get to my room. I got to my room and it was beautiful. I had gotten a complimentary upgrade to a suite and it was magnificent. The bed was perfect and the room was VERY clean! As I was going out to my car, a young gentleman stopped and asked how everything was and told me to stop by the desk if I needed anything at all during my stay. The building in general was a little dated, but that's expected. I ended up at a nice Italian restaurant that was within walking distance of the hotel and the food there was amazing! Best pizza I've ever eaten to this day! There were a number of other restaurants right next to it as well. The next day, I encountered another young man in the hallway near my room with his cleaning cart. He asked me how I was doing and if I'd like my room made up while I was out. I told him to take his time, but he volunteered to do my room next. Overall, I've never stayed at a better hotel. The location was wonderful, my room was great, and the staff was some of the best I've ever been in contact with. I've been in the service industry for over 30 years and this hotel was nothing short of amazing. My hat's off to the Fairfield Inn!!!

The continental breakfast was the best one I ever had. They had a lot of variety. The pillows were very flat once I laid my head on them. Could have been more supportive. We would definitely stay there again, very friendly, quiet, and clean.

Tony was great. We had a slight problem due to my husbands health condition with the first room he gave us....nothing he did wrong. He went over and above the call of service and gave us a better room for the same price.
