been to this hotel last year on a stop to Asheville, it was great, but NOT so this year, we had to wait HOURS for a room on the 1st floor, due to housekeeping cleaning rooms at 7pm!! and pool was very dirty this year. its too bad, it used to be nice!

The room was big, with a fridge, the front desk was so helpful. I had a large desk and workspace, and the room rate was only $69. It was a great deal!
 
 
 
 
 
Nice place to stay if you're in a hurry

I didn't like that I requested a new bed cover ofr 3 days and didn't get one until I threw a fit at the front desk. Other than that things were great!
