I was deeply disappointed...

Dear Sir,
About two weeks ago, I attended my grandsons graduation at Harvard Universary. I wasn't aware of the prices, which my daughter reserved for my late arrival, thursday afternoon.
The minute I stepped into my room, I was alarmed some what, but even more when I learned what my daughter had pay on my behalf over three hundred dollars, this included parking which was very un professional, and under a sap dripping tree.
Being a senior of 74 years, I have never felt so violated and dissappointed, and my whole visit made had great negative on my visit, yet I paid for my room which was far above what I expected and had to cut corners, in obtaining dinner, which I purchased at Subway.
It was indeed embarressing and heart draining, more so the rooms were so small and the refr, was at a "warm tempeture' wich I couldn't chill my sodas. I made a complaint to the dest person, but no results.
I have been in to many motels and hotels in my life, yet ashamed to admit this was the worse experience I have ever experience. I must say, I will never return again and I will not recommend any one to this business.
