Too Expensive for quality

The hotel was okay! convenient to where i needed to go while staying in Mcrae. Unfortunately since that time the price has continued to rise. I stayed dueing the month of March 2006, the price was 49.99, although I realize prices do change based on season, the room is not spectacular! I called on rates for the month of August and the room was 69.95, the quality of the room is not quite worth 69.95. I believe things are handled this way not only because of the cost of operations but because of the availabilty of hotels in the area!
