Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites DFW-Grapevine, Grapevine

Stayed 1 afternoon. Credit card was double billed for two days. Desk staff was of no help in fixing problem. Holiday Inn guest management was of no help, kept referring me back to the hotel to fix problem which never happened. Finally had to contact VISA to have charge removed after more than a month of trying. Makes you wonder how many people Holiday Inn screws like this on a yearly basis.

Plan to go back in August. About 10 min from the Grapevine Mills Mall and about 5 from Wolf water park. The staff were so nice and helpful. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good and the value was great. The only thing that needed attention was the pool needed vacumed.

We recently stayed two nights and found everything to be very nice. The person that greeted us when we checked in was fantastic; there were wonderful cookies at the desk for our enjoyment and the breakfast was one of the best we have had at any Holiday Inn and we have stayed at several. The only complaint I would have at this particular Holiday Inn was that the bed was not as comfortable as the other ones we have stayed at.

This Holiday Inn Express was wonderful. The room was very clean as well as the entire hotel. The continnental breakfast was great. We took our daughter to the North Pole Express and the Gaylord Texan. They shuttled us to both places and dropped us off at the door. We called them to pick us up and they came right away. We definitely will stay at this hotel again. I would recommend this hotel. Very reasonable rates as well.

Decided to take a last minute trip before school to Grapevine and the Lodge had no opening for Friday night, therefore we decided to stay at a Holiday Inn, because in all my recent stays at Holiday Inn's had been great, however, we will never stay at this particular location again. First the pool was closed, then my 7-year gets locked in the bathroom for about 30-40 minutes due to a bad lock. When they couldn't get the door open the general manager was called and he acted as if all of this was our fault, he was very rude and blamed us for this happening. When we asked if there would be any type of compensation due to our in convenience, the general manager throws his hands and arms in the air and says you expect me to do something because your son locked his self in the bathroom. Needless to say my son did not lock the door and had he locked the door he should have been able to open it, but couldn't because the door lock was defective. We will never stay at this location again and would not recommend this location to any of our friends or family. However, after the general manager being so rude and asking like a fool, about an hour after the episode, the front desk called and stated that the room would be comped. However, the experience we had to encounter during this stay would not be worth staying there ever again.

The staff and courtesy shuttle was excellent!!! The place is very clean even for a hotel. Breakfast and good people made it very special in our time of need.

This place is a totally good place to stay. I liked the cozy feel of it. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the service was good. I had a nice time here. The only thing is that there's only one elevator but everything from good service to a comfortable bed makes up for it!!!!
