The room was average. I was staying there to take advantage of their Park 'n Fly program. Big mistake!!!! When I was shown where I would have to park, it was in a dark area next to a dumpster behind the adjoing motel. I had a feeling of dread in the pit of my stomach when I left on my trip, just knew it wasn't going to be safe there. On my return, I found that my gas cap security cover (which is released inside the car) had been pried open. I filed a local police report as well as a complaint form with the hotel. Their insurance company denied my claim because they said the hotel has clearly posted signs stating that they are not responsible for cars or their contents left in their parking lots. There are NO surveillance cameras and they seem to have no intent to install any. They told me that their staff couldn't be patrolling the parking lot. Of course not, but their overnight desk clerk could certainly keep an eye on a security monitor! I will never stay there again and will warn anyone I know not to use their Park 'n Fly. I wasted $125 on the room and am now out an additional $125 to cover the cost of repair to my car. Be forewarned and use the Manchester Airport's parking facilities. They do have security there and I have never had any problems when I have left my car parked at the airport.
