Will stay again.

We stayed four nights last week, and thought we got a great value for our money. Rooms clean, bed comfortable, bathroom roomy, no complaints. The restaurant had a great breakfast too. Very glad we choose this Hotel.

Double Tree, Naples, FL

I like the suite, with living room and bedroom separated. The AC in the room was a little bit noisy. The chocolate chip cookies given out during check-in were very refreshing.

Hotel was excellent in all ways. Clean, bright and cheery. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would go back definitely. Great value.

The cookies were great!

My wife and I stayed here for the week during our honeymoon. The hotel was very clean and the free cookies at the desk were a nice treat. The staff seemed very friendly and made us feel welcome. The workout room is one of the best I have seen in a hotel. We also enjoyed the free high-speed internet access. On the negative side, the room was too small for a king-sized bed so my wife and I kept stepping over each other in the morning when getting dressed. The air conditioner in the room was noisy, the coffee maker didn't work, and the "soft water" in the shower left us in a thin layer of soap scum despite our best attempts to get clean. The pool was nice, but all the road noise from US-41 made it less than peaceful. The hotel's location was a good 15-20 minutes from most Naples attractions, and in order to get anywhere, we had to make a wicked u-turn on US-41, which wasn't always easy. Overall, it wasn't a bad hotel for the money, but the next time we're in Naples we will probably stay closer to downtown.

Good value, but not without its problems

Stayed at the Doubletree Guest Suites on N Tamiami Trail in Naples over Memorial Day weekend. Not bad. A few cons: hallway carpeting & fixtures look worn; location feels like any commercial suburban setting you've ever been in, so just know that you will not be able to walk anywhere from this hotel; I was assigned a handicap-accessible room with a double bed, even though I booked a king with no need for handicap accessibility, and when I told the front desk I wanted what I had booked/paid for, Front Office Supervisor Julie Cornell responded that I got the last room available for the holiday wknd and b/c I booked through a third party (Yahoo Travel), the hotel was not responsible for this issue! Pros: suite was clean & spacious, free internet access in room, nice pool & hot tub, warm cookies at reception are a sweet touch. Chinese restaurant on property is supposed to be good, but I did not try it.
