Suburban Extended Stay of Hampton, Hampton

I stayed at this hotel 3 day's. the custmer service was outstanding and the staff was very professional. The room was very clean and the hotel was well kept. I would not think twice about staying here again. The price was also great for the service you recieve.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the condition of the hotel was very good. It is showing sme signs of age but it is all well maintained and cared for, everything is kept clean and smelling nice. The rooms are simple and cozy but don't feel too small which was comfortting. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a simple place to stay for extended trips for a very reasonable price for the extra services and facilities included in the establishment.

Hallway of nonsmoking rooms smells strongly of smoke. holes in curtain. sheets in room were not clean. Although near to Hampton Sentara hospital, this hotel is to be avoided. I have never seen sheet and pillowcase with pieces of gray-brown substance on them. Looked like mouse droppings.

The custmer service is always outstanding and they will go out of there way so you can enjoy your stay. I love this place great stuff and crew.
