Universal's Hard Rock Hotel, Orlando

I just love reading reviews from folks that never get out in their entire life. go back to N Dakota and hang at the county fair or stay in N Carolina and eat at McDonalds. This place is great. LOUD MUSIC ? YOU ARE STAYING AT THE HARD ROCK ! Its music genius. Plus you dont want kids....then go to the arts festival in your local town and stay out of kids town Universal Studios.. I dont get it. People are so sad these days. Great rooms, great staff, great prices.. You pay for being there. Dont want to pay $12 for a drink then dont. You probably are not the kind of person who should be drinking anyway. Stay at the Hard Rock. It is a great place with easy access to the parks.

Well, it was my first time staying at the hard rock and i couldn't have waited to get inside my room, but i wish i should have. This hotel is beyond way to pricey. We ordered for a rolling bed before we even got there and they didn't even have it ready. we checked in at 12 and they didn't have our room ready till 4. it cost 20 a person to eat their breakfast, but they do give two people in your party complimentary breakfast, but still that doesn't help much. You are very limited to what you can bring inside your room(food & drinks) they have a mini fridge filled with their over priced snacks and beverages ( Fiji water... $7). You still have to eat lunch and dinner and believe me you'll throw down 10 bucks for two drinks downstairs in there little store area. the room was very very tiny. Air conditioner was broken so we tried setting it to a low 65 and it never moved from 71. None of us could sleep because it was so hot! The room was extremely clean and room service cleaning was there early. Pool was huge. great transportation to the parks. AWESOME FAST PASSES. I honestly wouldn't stay here again it's not worth it. Plus the employees wait for you to give them tips at the door. Either the ones taking your luggage up or taking you on the bicycles to the park. Definitely hate feeling pressured. Way to overrated.

Very clean, comfortable, roomy. Great pool & waterslide for kids. Attentive staff. But loud rock music everywhere all the time. Rather pricey, plus they add $25/day taxes + $15/day parking. This hotel is definitely worth the benefit of proximity to Universal & the Express Pass which is given to all guests. Otherwise, it is over-priced for Orlando.

Love Hard Rock hotel chain. Great rates and fun atmosphere especially if going to Disney with family. John Betrott, "Ira Todd Klein" Sally Roghle and the rest of us had rooms on the same floor. So we had a great time. Highly recommended.

The Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Studios is AWESOME! My husband and I took a chance as a walk in and were able to get a King Suite for only $144 a night! I was surprised because online it was like $250. So of course we took the room :) This place is beautiful & classy and spare no expense to make the customers happy! Our room was very spacious and CLEAN!! One of the best perks about staying at Universal Studios is the Express pass for the parks. You go to the front of the line! It was awesome and so worth it! We will be staying there again the next time we go to Universal Studios!

This is a family favorite for us!! We have stayed here several times over the past 3 years and have always felt it was worth the price. The rooms and grounds are very clean, service is exceptional. The pool is amazing!!! My two kids loved the slide, and my husband and I loved relaxing in the zero entry pool waiting for them to come down with a huge smile. If you can pry them away from the resort, the express passes for Universal save you from waiting in long lines. We also enjoyed The Kitchen for my son's birthday dinner. They made him a beautiful cake and gave us exceptional service.

I had fun at this place. Only bad thing, that they cannot control so it wasn't their fault. The fire alarm went off at 6 am. But oh well, other than that it was a pleasant stay!

ALL is very over priced the rooms $ 150 a night is more than enough and they charge $300 they need to be put in a crunch for money, over priced !!!
