Horrible - Rat infested!

There was nothing nice about it, no lift to the third floor, food was really bad by any standards, room was very dull, dim and dirty! No internet, no nothing, made me really really homesick and depressed, I almost left to return home instead of preparing myself for work Please avoid at all cost!

The place to be if you are in Piarco!!!

It was nice and cozy. Staff is excellent and went above and beyond to make sure we where satisfied. Food was good. I especially loved the Lamb Shoulders. A delight to the taste buds. Try it you won't be disappointed. Great place to be.

Not so bad!

I overstayed for 2 nights because the airline was down and my wife and I stayed at this hotel. I must say after reading the reviews I have to wonder, the service was excellent, the rooms were clean and the food, all i can say was more than we expected. I would recommend this hotel as it is very conveniently located to the airport.

Good Service

I read the reviews and I must say, its not that bad! The lobster was really good and the staff were really cheerful. I had to overstay in the hotel and I cannot really complain about my experience. The rooms were also quiet clean, so its a good hotel in the airport.

WORST EXPERIANCE EVER

My Wife and I, with 22 others from Delta Flight 561 were diverted to this god unforsaken place....not only is the hotel surrounded by a barb wire fence, but it was electrified to keep out vandals....the rooms were absolutly disgusting, the sheets on the bed smelled like they had not been washed, and you can tell people with low life standard were living at this hotel...i wedged a chair up against the door with fear that someone would break in at any second.....please anyone that reads this do not go...better yet, don't even set foot in Trinindad!!!!!!!!!

Hell Hole

This 'hotel' doesn't deserve the title. It's a hovel. I was stranded in POS by Zoom Airlines and forced to stay here. I wouldn't punish a dog by abandoning it in this disgusting place. The rooms are decrepit and dirty, the food is inedible and the staff is rude and incompetent. Avoid at all costs.

Cozy...

I think it is a nice hotel with good service and good food overall. It is very convenient for business men who travel to Trinidad and shouls be near the Airport area.

Ripped off

We were forced to lay over in trinidad, asked a taxi driver to take us to a hotel with restrant. We were charged $233.00US for the room, that should have been about 75.00US, We were charged 65.00US per meal. For something that should have been not more that 25.00US The only good thing is that they took us back to the airport.

Friendly Atmosphere

True Caribbean friendliness.Not very luxurious but what can you expect for the price but I must say that the service was great and the staff was rather cordial.
