All Seasons Toulon Centre Congres, Toulon

The rooms in this hotel are very worn and not well maintained. Stains all over the carpets, very dirty fixtures in the bathroom, horrible smell. It really smelled like raw garbage in my room. Also, they don't honor what their website states about late checkout. They charged me an extra day when I checked out just after the cutoff even after I pointed out their own policy on the website. Apparently that only applies to "preferred" customers. Outside of the hotel in the courtyard above the shopping center it smells like urine all over the place. Taking a whiz in the nearest corner must be a European thing. Seems to happen a lot. There were also lots of vagabonds who felt it was just fine to unroll their sleeping bags and camp out. The local police didn't seem to mind them being there either. Bad experience. I dont recommend that anyone stay here. Go to Hyeres instead.
