the Warm comfortable feeling when entering the hotel and the bright smiles we were greeted with at the front desk. ..... I felt very welcomed. We continued to be greeted every corner we turned and we felt like anything we needed they were always right there to get it for us. My wife n eeded an extra pillow to put her leg up due to an injury and they got it right away. Would definatley return too for those hot grits the extremely nice breakfast lady made! she made me and my wife feel like we were at home and grandma was taking care of us. thank you again for all your kindness

The breakfast was good. The room was clean except for the stove was nasty. It looked like it has not been clean for a long time.

I stayed here pre- cruise on the Carnival Fascination. We drove from Ohio. The port was not very far probably ten minutes away. Friends flew down. The hotel offers free shuttle from the airport. The hotel was very clean. All of the accomodations were newly updated. The front desk staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly. I had a great stay here would highly recommend it to anyone traveling in this area. The pool was nice. The hot tub was awesome. The exercise facilities had new equipment. We did use the laundry which was reasonably priced. Dining: There is a Ruby Tuesday's within walking distance. They had an expanded breakfast buffet in the the morning, it was good. We did have a barbecue on Easter Sunday. They had a nice gas grill, first come first serve. Nice lounge furniture in the area near the grill.

I was reluctant to stay since our company travel service did not want to book me here because it was not rated. It was the only available place close to the airport. I was pleasantly surprised with most of my experiences. I called for a shuttle and just as I exited the airport, the shuttle was there. The front desk was very friendly and efficient. My room was clean and a nice accomodation. I joined a business associate next door at the Ruby Tuesdays which was a short walk. The breakfast provided in the morning was suitable as well, both hot and cold offerings. While I was there I had difficulties with the phone system. I had a message that could not be retrieved despite repeated requests for assistance. The wake up call feature on my phone did not work either. When I called to arrange for a wake up call and when I called for assistance with the message light it took many attempts before anyone would even answer. The party on the end of the line did not have a professional manner. I was assured I would receive a wake up call. I never did. This could have been a very bad situation. I had set the alarm clock too, thank goodness that worked. I had extremely noisy neighbors that lasted at least until 1 am. I finally went to the pull out couch to sleep. I guess it was a good thing there were two rooms. I would recommend the hotel but suggest you have your own clock and your own cell phone.
