This is the first microtel I have stayed at and it exceeded my expectations. I was given a great price and a fabulous room. The shuttle service was extraordinarily fast, and it came to pick me up within 10 minutes from the airport. The front lobby was nice, and the front desk people were really nice. They knew what they were talking about, and made sure I had my room as quickly as possible. Philadelphia is only a few minutes away and the train is close by, there are a lot of historical landmarks such as the liberty bell and I saw a lot. When I got to my room it was nice and clean and not to mention I got some great sleep. The continental breakfast was good, and once again the shuttle was there to drop me off at the airport. Overall I think this place is amazing for the price that they offered me.
I love the mirrors in the room. It was so exotic. I love the atmosphere of the room at night time because there was a good view of the airport. I would recommeded this hotel to newly weds and young adults who want to have some fun! I also liked the price for the room, which was very affordable.
This is the first review I have ever written and I am an international traveler who travels a great deal. We were left standing at the airport for nearly an hour while waiting for their shuttle service. We made 3 calls to them to inquire. That is not what really made me blow my top. On the last call, Sayal (staff member) stated I had never called them!!!! When I cited the times I had called (as logged in my cell phone) he stated, “you DID not call” thus pretty much calling me a liar. Sayal continued this outrageous behavior during my check-in. I guess he didn’t understand English on my prior calls!!!! When I called the manager Bob Pattel to report my outrage at the way his staff treated me and the one-hour wait at the airport, he pawned me off to yet another staff member who also didn't really care. This hotel could care less about their patrons!! I will however pay compliments to their shuttle drivers. They were very courteous and helpful. Perhaps they should promote them into customer service and fire Sayal!
My sisters and I recently stayed at the Micrttel Inn and had a great experience. The front desk was very friendly and the driver to and from the airport was excellent. We went to Puerto Rico in Dec and when we got home we were freezing. The driver picked us up 10 min after we called and dropped us off at our car and put our luggage in the car for us. The rooms were simple but nice and it was inexpensive. I would highly recommend this hotel.
This hotel excedded all our expectations. We got a really good deal off hotels.com! We stayed in a suite, it had a counter with a fridge, microwave, sink, and cabinets. It also had a livingroom area, a closet, and a window seat. The room was clean and neat! I also really liked the security features you needed a room key to gain access to any door other than the main door, but between 11pm and 6am the only enterance you were able to use was the main one. The staff werent the most outgoing but were very couteus. We didnt try the continntal breakfast but they did have oine in the lobby. Also there was internet acces in the lobby. This hotel was within 15 minutes of most attractions at least the ones we went to in Philly. There is a shopping area with restraunts just around the corner. I would stay at this hotel again and agian!
It was near where I work that made so nice. The front desk was real nice to.I'am thinking of making them a normal stay every two when I do crew change for my oil barge.I come up the night before and get a nice night of sleep.
everything was nice: clean, good beds, free slow wireless internet, train station to the city nearby ($6 round trip, 18 minutes one way) but if you wanna sleep make sure you bring earplugs: people next door might be watching tv or screaming and you hear everything. when someone closes their door to the hallway it sounds as if it's in your room. i'm writing this because i would have loved to be warned against going here sicne i'm a light sleeper. the reception guy even told me it's a quiet room but unfortunately he lied. again, other than that it's perfect for the money.
it nice but can be better.i would stay here where i had to go to army week end drills at fort miffin.it not the best but it no where nears the wouse. the service was ok. but like the carpet could had been cleaned.and there notting to do but sit in the pool.it would be great if it was more to do?
The room was spacious and clean
The hallways were wore and carpet is in bad shape.
My reservation was accurate upon arrivial.
Overall a good stay.
The buffet set up in the morning could have used additional attention.
