Horrible staff and Management!!!

This is the first review I have ever written and I am an international traveler who travels a great deal. We were left standing at the airport for nearly an hour while waiting for their shuttle service. We made 3 calls to them to inquire. That is not what really made me blow my top. On the last call, Sayal (staff member) stated I had never called them!!!! When I cited the times I had called (as logged in my cell phone) he stated, “you DID not call” thus pretty much calling me a liar. Sayal continued this outrageous behavior during my check-in. I guess he didn’t understand English on my prior calls!!!! When I called the manager Bob Pattel to report my outrage at the way his staff treated me and the one-hour wait at the airport, he pawned me off to yet another staff member who also didn't really care. This hotel could care less about their patrons!! I will however pay compliments to their shuttle drivers. They were very courteous and helpful. Perhaps they should promote them into customer service and fire Sayal!
