Comfort Suites Downtown, Sacramento

I checked-in with much to do before an early departure the next day. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was neat and clean. The hotel is within walking distance (15 minutes) of downtown Sacramento and riverfront recreation. There are a couple of restaurants and gas stations just blocks away. I would recommend the Comfort Suites to anyone traveling through Sacramento.

Traveling up and down the I-5 corridor means I have many places from which to choose. This has been mine for a few years now. Great location, easy access to transportation, freeways, business and food. Staff works hard to make you comfortable. Try it.

The customer service was horrible. It seemed to me like there more concerned with money than customer satisfaction. I would never go back there again...

my family and I visit the sacramento region often and we stay here all the time. Great friendly staff combined with excellent service makes this hotel an excellent choice for anyone.

I travel often for my job. On this occassion I was highly disappointed. When we first got out of the car to go inside some older homeless guys looked my daughter and I up and down. The room was dirty. Marks on the wall, dents in the plaster. The spa was very cloudy, dirty looking. The spa was in the back of the hotel with no security just open to whoever from the parking lot. The man at the first desk was very nice. When I came back from the room and told him I couldn't stay there with my daughter he said I had 1 hour to find another hotel before my credit card would be charged. I found a beautiful room down the street by Old Sacramento.

The Comfort Inn on Howe Ave. in Sacramento should be rated as a 5 star. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The house keeping staff was friendy also, and responded to your request ASAP. Great place to stay. C.C.
