UPSET AND UNBELIEVEABLE

24 hours before check in I called and confimed our stay. The woman was nice and said that everything is confirmed. Got there and room was not ready. They had no double beds for us. as we landed and waiting for baggage and car rental I called and asked if the room will be ready by 3pm and her anwer was YES. There were a whole lot off pet hair. We were assigned into a handicap room where everything was low. my children/myself and spouse took turns sleeping on dirty floor with just the covers. I also asked for tranfer but the only availbale room were smoking and it smelled very bad. Finally after the 3rd day they realized they had egg shell mattress for us to use. It made a big difference but the floors were still full of pet hair. I called for them to vaccum but no one every came in. We've stayed there at 2 other times and they were great. I was not the only one who had this problem that week. I over heard serval customer with the same problem. The hotel needs to check on records especially if you booked 1 year in advance. This year was very UPSETTING & UNBELIEVEABLE. Hope this don't happen to anyone else.
