Bass Hotel, Yerevan

I visited Armenia in October 2006 with my husband. The Bass hotel tried very hard to make our stay very comfortable, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The cook personally cooked for us as we came down for breakfast, anything we wanted. The location is very close to a metro station where you can travel for only a few cents, however, within easy walking distance of the city center, (10 minutes). The rates were very reasonable and we were made to feel very welcome. The area is residential with local shops in the vicinity. All of the staff were extremely friendly and kept in touch with us by E mail regularly. I would recommend this hotel for an economical family holiday or a business stay
