Holiday Inn Exp Broadway, Myrtle Beach

This was the noisiest hotel we have ever stayed at. When we tried to discuss with the front desk we were given the run around. We were kept awake until 4 a.m. one morning by the people in the room next to us. After calling the front desk numerous times and going to the front desk twice we went to the room ourselves and asked them to quiten down, which they did. The desk clerk on duty kept telling us he was contacting them but you could tell by the look on the guy's face when he came to the door that he had not been contacted. The sheets were never changed even though we did not leave the literature on the bed saying we didn't want them changed. The sofa bed did not work. We reported it but it was never repaired. It continued to be noisy throughout the week. People coming and going all hours of the night. Myrtle Beach is fantastic and we will be going back but we won't be staying here.
