Beach House, The, Gulf Shores

What a wonderful place to get away. Don't be afraid of the B&B. It is so private! You can be around others at breakfast and not see another person the rest of the day if you don't want to. The food is wonderful. They have a wonderful selection of beer and wine that is in the guest refrig. They supply towels and beach chairs too. We really enjoyed our romantic weekend. The food, service and rooms were just perfect!

We stayed at this B & B last year in April. When we got there the innkeepers said there was a cancellation in the cottage out by the ocean and would we like to try it instead of the room we had chosen. Of course, it was out by itself so we said yes! We woke up every morning to a beautiful beach scene. Not much beach traffic that time of year and it was gorgeous. Everything was well thought out- down to beach chairs, towels, and sand buckets. There is a fully stocked refrigerator and the best breakfast. We will definitely stay there again.

We loved the house and location, the peace and quiet and the fact that there weren't a lot of people around. The service wasn't exactly all that it could have been but I believe that the woman who runs it was having to take care of her mother and had some personal issues at the time. Overall, I loved the place and would definitely go back.
