The Homestead Malvern in Malvern, PA offers affordable suites at budget friendly prices. The hotel features a cardiovascular workout room and an attractive courtyard. Guests receive a complimentary continental breakfast Monday through Friday mornings. Monday through Wednesday evening, guests are invited to attend a social hour for complimentary snacks and beverages. Each guestroom*s fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals in the comfort and privacy of your own accommodations. The courtyard area offers barbecue grills perfect for impromptu cookouts. While there is not a full service restaurant inside the hotel, there are offsite dining destinations nearby. Guest services include ice and vending machines, guest laundry facilities, same day dry cleaning valet, safe deposit boxes, a business center, and parking. The hotel allows pets but restrictions apply. If you plan to bring your pet, please contact the hotel before your arrival to confirm the current pet policy. Guests will be able to reach the Exton Mall in five miles, Valley Forge National Park in 10 miles, downtown Philadelphia in 30 miles, and the Philadelphia International airport in approximately 34 miles. There are 78 suites on three floors. Each suite offers a kitchen, bedroom, and separate sitting area. Both non-smoking rooms and rooms equipped for the physically challenged are available upon request. Standard amenities include: one dollar per stay for unlimited local calls on dataport telephone with voicemail, desk with ergonomic chair, 25 television, alarm clock radio, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A $25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed $150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.
